I was born and brought up in a village near Udupi, the place where Lord Krishna temple is located. My ancestors were farmers. During my childhood, the fresh produce from the farm was used for cooking meals at our house. The aroma of fresh, organic fruits and vegetables still linger in my memory. Even now, I like to use fresh vegetables in my preparations. I recommend the foods we consume should be natural and healthy. I use minimum oil in my preparations. Normally, I don't use food colors.
I like to introduce my family to you. I am a mother of two grown-up kids, my daughter pursuing higher education in a prestigious US college. My son is doing his final year engineering studies. My husband works for a public limited company. We reside in Bengaluru.
