You are probably familiar with corned beef hash, which is a baked or fried mixture of corned beef, potatoes, and vegetables that have all been cut into small pieces. Hot dog hash is my take on this traditional breakfast dish. Hot dogs are my all-time favorite breakfast meat, and I think this hash tastes great!

Hello Kyler,
I heard about that particular news regarding processed meat. I think eating hot dog once in a while would be fine. You know, cravings attack from time to time.
I would love to consider turkey bacon as an alternative. Its been a while since I ate one.

Hi Pamela,
I usually make corned beef hash for breakfast. Actually, it's my childhood favorite. This inspired me to make hot dog version of hash.

You know they say that hot dogs are the number one cancer causing food, and that hot dogs are the main food served inside hospitals to cancer patients?
This looks delicious, but I think I'll be substituting the hot dogs for some ground turkey bacon and adding in some grilled onions!
