A Filipino Twist on Mexican Salsa
Traditional Mexican salsa is tomato-based, but this sweet and spicy Filipino variation uses dragon fruit instead. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons chopped dragon fruit
- 2 tablespoons chopped tomato
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Hot sauce, to taste

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the dragon fruit, onion, and tomato. Mix well.
- Season with hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix again.
- Serve with any fried or grilled foods.

- Experiment with additional seasonings.
