Cheesy Meatloaf Lumpiang Shanghai
I am a chef on a luxury world cruise liner. I love to cook and write recipes that are inspired by foods from all over the world.
Lumpiang Shanghai is a famous Filipino appetizer that is similar to Chinese spring rolls. They have a meat or vegetable filling that is wrapped in a spring roll or egg roll wrapper and then deep-fried. In some Filipino fast food restaurants, lumpia is served with rice or noodles.
Let me share this simple recipe for my cheesy meatloaf lumpiang Shanghai that you can make at home. Enjoy!
